Streamline IT Issue

Omega Systems has identified an issue impacting the functionality of our Streamline IT (ConnectWise) service. We will provide updates as new information becomes available and when services are fully restored. The issue is related to workflows properly processing ticket transfers between boards. We will be manually getting these tasks done in a timeline manner from Omega to Customer boards but if you have tickets that you would like to pass back to us, please call us to let us know and we can make sure we get the ticket worked on.
