Reminder about tomorrow.

The technical staff at Omega Systems would like to notify you that we will be migrating to a new phone system on Friday, October 29th, starting at 10:00 AM. We are not expecting downtime of our voice services during this migration, however we would like to encourage customers to submit priority 3 support requests through email or the ConnectWise portal during this transition. Priority 1 or Priority 2 issues affecting your business operations should still be called into our Service Desk. We will send notifications once the migration begins and once we are finished.

At this time we are maintaining all of the same call flow and similar messaging, but there will be updates to voices and hold music now and in the future as we adopt new functionality available to us in this new system. We are excited about some new features that we believe will help enhance our ability to support you, our valued customers. As we begin to use these new features, we will let all of our customers know so we can utilize them to their full potential.
