ConnectWise Ticket Alerts Issue

Omega Systems has identified an issue impacting the functionality of our ConnectWise Ticket Alerts. You may receive alerts for previously closed tickets. We have identified the root cause and have fixed the underlying problem.

It is safe to ignore the previously created alerts. Normal functionality has been restored and all alerts moving forward should be considered valid.
