Omega Systems has performed testing of the remediated firmware for the PSIRT advisory. There are still identified bugs that are outstanding however the risk of exposure overrules these concerns. Omega Systems is aware of a vulnerability advisory on FortiGate firewalls specifically targeting SSL VPN services. We are reviewing remediation steps and assessing known stability issues and customer environment impact in targeted software versions identified as resolving this vulnerability. Additional information will be provided on the remediation process and timing after testing has been completed. A status update will be provided in the next 24 hours.
