Out team will be available to assist in re-running any customer reports from during the upgrade window. If you require reports from last week, please enter a ticket with the helpdesk

Maintenance Reminder

Scheduled On Sunday, October 27th, Omega Systems will perform a routine software upgrade to our FortiAnalyzer firmware, which ingests security logs for Smart Secure customers. This firmware upgrade will trigger a re-indexing of our security database, which may last for as long as two (2) weeks. During this time, automated reports will not process normally, and manual report access may experience delays.

Please review the additional details below:

• All firewall logs will be ingested and stored normally on the FortiAnalyzer but may take longer than normal to access. • Smart Secure weekly and monthly FortiAnalyzer reports may not send as scheduled or may contain missing or incomplete data. • Customers with access to Graylog dashboards may contain missing or incomplete data.

After the upgrade has been completed, our team will be available to assist in re-running any customer reports from during the upgrade window.
