If you are having issue logging in to your machine or to an application that utilizes DUO, it is being caused by this outage.

DUO is currently aware of the issue and working to deploy a fix.

This outage is currently impacting those users who are utilizing the SMS/Phone feature for Two-Factor Authentication. One way around this is to take your machine completely offline and then utilize the Offline Passcode from your DUO App to login. Then put your machine back online. Please call into support if additional help is needed.
