We have noticed an uptick in spam and phishing emails and are currently investigating Barracuda to address this issue.

Barracuda has resolved this issue and mail is flowing again. Barracuda has updated their Status page found here to notify that the issue is resolved.
Barracuda Gateway Defense Mailflow is down in multiple regions
Omega Systems has identified an issue impacting mailflow. You may experience that you are not receiving emails you expect and emails you send to others who use Barracuda will not receive them yet. We will provide updates as new information becomes available and when services are fully restored.
