This notification is to inform you that Omega Systems does not use the Kaseya VSA product. We do use IT Glue for documentation purposes which is owned by Kaseya but is a separate product offering they purchased in late 2018. Kaseya has confirmed that only the VSA product is affected by this attack and all other IT Complete modules are not impacted. See here for full updates from Kaseya on the incident:
