ScreenConnect services degraded - Hosted Solution for Clients to connect to their Computers remotely.

Good afternoon,

We were informed earlier this morning of an issue regarding our ScreenConnect services which allows our clients to remotely connect to their office computers. Our partners at ScreenConnect (ConnectWise) have identified and resolved the issues and are in a monitoring period to ensure the solution remains stable.

Below is a timeline of events provided by ScreenConnect support:

December 23, 2025 10:43AM EST INVESTIGATING

We are currently investigating reports of cloud instances down in our US East Region on ScreenConnect cloud. We will follow up with more information soon.

December 23, 2025 11:10AM EST IDENTIFIED

The outage reports of ScreenConnect cloud in US East Region has been identified. Due to an issue, the vendor had to perform an emergency maintenance which impacted specific data centers. Cloud team is monitoring closely with additional updates coming.

**December 23, 2025 12:20PM EST MONITORING

ScreenConnect cloud has been restored. We are continuing to closely monitor to ensure all services and instances are back to fully operational in affected US regions.**
