Dear Customer,

We are currently observing a service issue affecting portions of the fiber infrastructure operated by our last-mile provider, Crown Castle. This condition may result in intermittent connectivity or degraded performance for circuits delivered over this network.

Our Network Operations team is actively working with Crown Castle to monitor the situation and obtain updates as their engineering teams investigate and remediate the issue.

At this time:

  • The issue appears to be within the Crown Castle fiber network.
  • Some customers may experience intermittent packet loss or brief connectivity interruptions.
  • We are closely monitoring all affected circuits and will provide updates as additional information becomes available.

We understand the importance of reliable connectivity and appreciate your patience while the provider works toward a resolution.
