Crown Castle and Lumen Outages in the Northeast

Crown Castle and Lumen had another blip, causing a brief outage for some of our Cloudpath Customers. We are seeing recovery across the network but may have additional intermittent impacts.

We are continuing to work with Crown Castle and Lumen on these issues and will continue monitoring the situation.

Dear Cloudpath Customer,

We want to inform you of a service-impacting event currently affecting multiple major network providers in the Northeastern United States. Two of our upstream carriers, Crown Castle and Lumen, have reported widespread outages this morning. We are seeing signs of recovery at this time, but intermittent impact may continue as their networks stabilize.

Our team is closely monitoring the situation and rerouting traffic where possible to minimize disruption. We will continue to provide updates as more information becomes available from our carrier partners.
