ConnectWise Issue

Omega Systems has identified an issue impacting the functionality of our ConnectWise Ticket System. It pertains to some notification emails not sending out from the system. All alert and monitoring notifications continued to work properly all day. All inbound email remains fully functional as well. A workaround has been put in place to ensure all emails are currently going out now while we work with ConnectWise to resolve the main issue. We will provide updates as new information becomes available and when services are fully restored.
