Purpose of Maintenance Our engineering team will be adding a new upstream provider connection to increase network capacity, improve resiliency, and provide our customers with even more reliable internet service.

Expected Impact During the maintenance window, customers may experience brief interruptions or degraded performance as traffic is rerouted. Any impact is expected to be temporary, and services will return to normal once the work is complete.
