Omega Systems will be implementing a new Status Page and Notification process to better inform you, our valued customers, of any issues with any support or managed services that we provide. Our new Status Page can be accessed at https://statuspage.omegapa.com to check on the status of any service. Additionally, email alerts will be sent when there are issues, maintenance, or any other communication that applies to you and our services we provide.
If you currently receive notifications, you will continue to receive them from our new system. In addition to the new format we are also updating the recipients of these notifications. We are now including contacts based in our ConnectWise ticket system that are designated as Primary, Secondary, or After-Hours Technical contacts for your organization.
